The First Spider Stuff Newsletter! Feb '26

Howdy Spider Friends, it's our first newsletter!

We're trying out a new monthly format to bring you all the Spider Stuff news fit to print! We'll still email updates once or twice a week, and want you to get a better idea of what's happening this month:

• Reno spider parties coming up, plus our weekly spiders Live @ Five

• Started a new secret club - a FB group for the Spider Stuff community

• Coming Soon - a multi-page Care Guide & some YouTube videos

• New bioactive homes + other planted goodies are busy rooting...

• And we're excited to see our NorCal friends again at Pleasanton in March!

Speaking of new, check out our new Enclosures page for a sneak peak at our terrarium homes we'll have at spider parties and reptile shows this year.

SPIDER PARTIES

We will be celebrating Valentine's Day at Authentic Tattoo Company, 2-5pm on Saturday, February 14th. Join us to meet some jumping spiders and get a flash tattoo from Teaspoon!

Can't make it? Catch us next on March 1st at Kitty Kisses Cat Cafe from 11:30-2pm.

MEET GEORGE

George is a stunning Otiosus adult male with a gentle personality and bright eyes. He has the cutest dark and tan coloration, giving him quite the cappuccino aesthetic!

His deep green iridescent teeth sparkle in the light, and he has matching green iridescence on his abdomen.

Oti's make great first spiders for their calmer personality and easier handling. Check out George's adoption page for more cute pics!

LIVE @ FIVE SPIDERS

Every week this month, we will post a handful of jumping spiders in the Web Shop at 5pm Thursday or Friday.

Each spider has a name, several photos, and a video showing them off, so you'll get to know your cutie before adopting.

We email out ahead of drops and post videos on the Spider Stuff Insta - give us a follow!
